This hotel met requirements in every way, strongly recommend. Location: the property was not far from all the nice restaurants and cafes, Spello and the centre of Spello. Had lunch/dinner at La Cantina Dei Sapori, which I found at a short distance from the hotel. All in all room was brand-new and compact; also provided walk-in showers.

Located on the edge of the old town, with an amazing restaurant nearby. The basic kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee and tea. The cozy living room with a fireplace was a jaw-dropping bonus. The room was new, large, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. It was sparkling clean and the staff was super friendly. The calm location near the medieval walls was mind-blowing and we loved the view of the olive grove from our window. The self check-in was easy, and overall, it was a super choice with all the amenities like wifi, a flat-screen TV, dryer, electric kettle. We would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The location was absolutely amazing - nestled near the medieval walls of the town and offering a peaceful atmosphere with breathtaking views of an olive grove from the window. The cleanliness was top-notch and the self check-in process made things incredibly easy. The management was extremely helpful over the phone, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The proximity to the center of the town and the nearby parking were convenient. The room, particularly Papavero, was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly suited for solo travelers. The balcony provided a charming space to enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, the owner's kind gesture of keeping my forgotten jacket for later pick-up added an extra touch of warmth to the overall experience. Highly recommend for its tranquility, pleasant views, and excellent service.

Great location within the old town walls, making it easy to explore. Nice view from the room overlooking olive trees. Conveniently situated uphill from the house to reach the centre quickly.
Difficult to find accommodation, and had to wait at the front door without prior notification. Passport processing took longer than promised.
